基于模糊Petri网的船用齿轮箱可靠性分析系统 被引量:1

摘要 为了使用户方便的获得各个可靠性数据,找出船用齿轮箱的薄弱环节,提高其可靠性和安全性,以具有代表性的MA及MB系列船用齿轮箱为例,通过对船用齿轮箱故障原因的分析与研究,归纳了相对完整的引起齿轮箱失效的各级故障库。然后建立了船用齿轮箱不能正常工作的模糊Petri网模型来进行可靠性分析。最后选用Visual Bas-ic6.0,及关系数据库Microsoft Access,编制了船用齿轮箱可靠性分析系统。用户可根据需要对船用齿轮箱整个系统及各个分支子系统进行可靠性定性分析和定量分析,获得各个分支的可靠性和重要度以及整个系统的可靠性和薄弱环节,试验表明该分析系统具有一定的应用性。 In order to help the users to obtain the reliability data conveniently, find out the weak link in marine gearbox to im-prove the reliability and safety, the typical MA and MB series marine gearboxes are set as examples in this paper, through a-nalysis and study of the fault reasons of marine gearbox, the relatively complete failure fault library at all levels of gear box issummarized. Then a fuzzy Petri net model for marine gearbox cannot work properly is set up for the reliability analysis. Final-ly, by using the Visual Basic6. 0 and the relational database Microsoft Access, the marine gearbox reliability analysis system isprogrammed. Users could do the reliability qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the various branches of subsystemsaccording to the needs of marine gearbox system, and access to the reliability and importance of various branches, and the o-verall system reliability and vulnerability, tests show that this system has a certain application.
