摘要
职业技能大赛既是职业教育人才培养质量的检验场,也是职业院校教师胜任力提升的训练场。依据杨政水等老师提出的教师胜任力模型,系统分析高职院校教师在专业知识与技能、双师特有素质、自我意向、追求卓越、沟通与交往和行事风格六个维度与职业技能大赛的直接互动关系,并据此初步进行六个维度的胜任力提升路径探讨,为职业院校教师在竞赛指导中实现六个维度的教学相长提供参考。
Vocational skill competition acts not only as the testing fields for the talent training quality in vocational education, butalso as the training fields for vocational teachers ' competency promotion. Based on the model about teachers ' competence proposedby professor Yang Zhenshui and others, this paper systematically analyzes the direct relationships between the vocationalskill competition and vocational teachers from the following 6 aspects: the professional knowledge and skill, double -qualify,self-intention, pursuit of excellence, communication and association as well as behavior style. Furthermore, it discusses the pathto improve the competency from these aspects and provide reference for vocational teachers ' both teaching and learning in theprocess of competition guidance.
