浅析当代大学人才科学素养的形成

Brief analysis on the cultivation of scientific literacy among current university students

目前我国高校硕士和博士招生规模相对于往年有大幅增加,人才数量得到迅速提升,但这也让有关科研素养培养的问题凸现出来。针对目前我国高校研究生科研素养的培养问题,追溯求源,从本科生教学的角度,阐述了目前本科生教学中存在的阻碍科研素养培养的一些问题,分析了造成这些问题的原因,也针对这些问题提出了一些解决方案,寄希望于加强本科生通识教育、从初高中入手抓科研素养培养、增强本科生科研参与度和通过课堂引入科研前沿知识等方法来增强本科生科学素养,达到为我国培养科研素养高、创新能力强的新时代领军人才的目的。

Presently the scale of colleges, recruitment of both post-graduates and doctoral students in China has risen compared to the previous years,while the number of the talented is rising,problems a-bout the cultivation of scientific literacy arise. Aimed at the problems in scientific literacy cultivation in current China,their reasons have been tracked. From the angle of college students teaching,some prob-lems that handicap the scientific literacy cultivation has been elaborated,and the reasons for the prob-lems have been analyzed,with some solutions proposed. Hope is paid to reinforcing the general education among college students,focus on the scientific literacy cultivation from middle and high schools, promo-ting the participation of college students in scientific research and introducing the research frontiers of knowledge through classroom teaching to promote the scientific literacy of college students,thus to culti-vate leading talented people of high scientific literacy and creative capacities for China.
