摘要
以传统的同步整流BUCK电路为核心,利用同步BUCK电路与同步BOOST电路的对称性,采用STM32F334单片机对系统进行控制,设计了电流方向可以自动切换的双向DC-DC电源系统。包括主电路、辅助电源和测控电路三部分;通过对电压、电流等参数的PID闭环控制,实现了电池与直流电源之间的充放电,以及恒压恒流控制;并且有显示电流电压及充放电状态的功能;电能转换效率可达98.5%。
This system is based on synchronous BUCK circuit,and making use of the symmetry of the synchronous BUCK circuit and synchronous BOOST circuit, adopting STM32F334 microcontroller to control the whole system,and make a duplex DC-DC converter. This system includes an auxiliary pow-er supply module,a measuring and controlling module and the topic circuit. By using the PID closed- loop controlling the current and voltage,the system realize the constant pressure constant current out-put. This system can realize the topic request all kinds of switch and overvoltage protection,and have the function of charging current and the charge and discharge status display,the system overall effi-ciency of 98. 5%.
