Construction and implementation of teaching system for chemical experiment

为提高应用型本科人才培养质量,构建和实施新的化学实验教学体系。搭建了新的实验教学管理模式,加大实验平台建设,整合实验室资源,优化教师队伍,重构实验内容以及发挥大型仪器的功能等措施,构建和实施新的实验教学体系。实践表明,实施新的实验教学体系,学生就业率、高质量就业率和首岗胜任能力显著增加,人才培养质量明显提高。

The new chemical experiment teaching system was constructed and implemented to improve the quality of personnel training in applied undergraduate. A new experimental teaching management model was set up. The paper introduced the construction of experimental platform,the integrating of la-boratory resource,the optimization of teacher’s troops,the reform of experiment contents and function of large-scale instruments to achieve the construction and implementation of innovation experiment teaching system. The results showed that employment rate,high quality employment rate and first post competent ability of our students were increased significantly. The quality of personnel training was ob-viously improved due to the implementation of the new experimental teaching system.
