摘要
借鉴扎根理论,对淮阴师范学院旅游管理专业2012届159名参与酒店实习学生的实习日志进行三级编码,构建酒店实习生满意度影响因素的理论模型。结果显示,实习心态、实习期望、工作环境、工作待遇、实习表现、情感氛围、意外状况及实习体会等八大因素是酒店实习生满意度的主要影响因素。
Hotel interns "job satisfaction has always been important issues that affect the education of tourism and hotel management. The level of intems^job satisfaction has a significant impact on the hotel and tourism indus-try. Based on the grounded theory, this paper makes a 3 - level coding about internship diaries from 159 hotel in-terns majoring in tourism management at Huaiyin Normal University. The result shows that the interns ^ attitude, their expectation, the working environment, the working treatment, their performances, the emotional atmosphere, the accident situation and their experience are the main affecting factors of the hotel interns^ satisfaction.
