摘要 随着保险行业竞争的日益白炽化,电销客户专员新渠道正在成为保险公司未来营销方式的支柱。电销客户专员的高流失率始终制约着电销中心的发展。影响保险电销客户专员流失的主要影响因素包括:团队文化、人际环境、激励的有效性、人力资源管理机制等。通过对上述因素的分析,降低团队电销客户专员流失的有效对策包括:构建全方位的团队激励模式、改善团队环境、优化团队人力资源管理各环节、建立团队人才流失的管理机制。 With the increasing competition in the insurance industry, the new channels of marketing customer service is becoming a pillar of the future of the insurance company s marketing approach. The high loss rate of the TSR has always restricted the development of the center of the electric pin. The main factors affecting the loss of the customer Commissioner for the insurance sales are included:Team culture, interpersonal environment, incentive ef-fectiveness, human resource management mechanism. Based the analysis of the above factors, the effective counter-measures to reduce the loss of the team electric sales customer Commissioner include : building a full range of team motivation model, improving the team environment, optimizing the team of human resources management, building the management mechanism of team personnel turnover.
