横管蒸发纵管冷凝式热管充液量、倾角对传热的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Inclination and Filling Ratio on the Thermal Characteristic of the Horizontal Tube Evaporating and Vertical Tube Condensing Heat Pipe

摘要 通过搭建试验台对横管蒸发纵管冷凝式热管进行试验研究,分析该型热管在不同充液量和不同的倾角的情况下传热性能的变化。经分析发现,充液量和倾角两个因素都对该型热管的传热性能有很大影响。当倾角变化时,其热阻随倾角增加而不断增加且存在临界角。倾角在到达临界角之前热阻上升缓慢,倾角大于临界角后其热阻急剧增大。当充液量变化时,随充液量增大热管热阻先减小后增大;且在60%充液量时热阻最小,传热性能最佳。 The experimental investigations were carried out to study the thermal characteristics of the horizontal tube evaporating and vertical tube condensing heat pipe charged with different filling ratios and angles of inclination. Through analysis of data, the filling ratios and inclination angles are found to the main factors which influence heat transfer performance sharply. When inclina-tion angles changing,thermal resistance increased on the increase of inclination angles,and there are a critical angle. Thermal re-sistance rises slowly before reaching the critical angle ; thermal resistance rises sharply after reaching the critical angle. When fill-ing ratios changing,the heat pipe thermal resistance decreases and then increases on the increase of filling ratios. When filling ra-tio is 60% ,the minimum thermal resistance appear and heat pipe has the best heat transfer performance.
