数学教学:从“异化”走向“适合”

摘要 在小学数学教学领域,尤其是低年级教学中存在着教学行为的异化现象:漠视基础、联系和差异,导致核心素养的培养缺少助力,全面培养的目标少了途径,关注个体的理念无法落实.适合学生的教学策略有:整合资源,以主题式活动呈现内容;互动交流,以多样性方式展开学习;尊重个性,以独特性评价引导发展,等等。
