我国冰壶高水平运动员培养模式研究

采用专家访谈法和问卷调查法,对国内外冰壶高水平运动员主要培养模式进行了阐述,从组织架构、招生、训练、梯队建设、经费、场地器材六个方面对我国冰壶高水平运动员培养模式进行了现状分析,发现我国冰壶高水平运动员培养模式中存在的主要问题,并根据问题提出针对性对策,以期促进我国冰壶高水平运动员人才培养方面的可持续发展,促进我国冰壶运动整体技术水平的提升。

By using expert interview and questionnaire survey, the curling high level athletes at home and abroad mainly expounds the cultivation model, and from the organization struc-ture , recruitment, training, team construction, funds, space equipment six aspects curling high level athletes training mode of our country present situation analysis, found the curling high level athletes in our country the main problems existing in the training mode, according to the problems put forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to promote the sustain-able development of the curling talent cultivation of high level athletes, to promote Chinese curling the overall technology level of ascension.
