以“成功标准”为指引的学生自主学习和评价研究

摘要 在当前形成性评价广受青睐的课堂评价中,"作为学习的评价"通过学生参与、师生共同制定成功标准、分享标准,以及实施活动、负责活动、监控学习等策略,使教、学、评趋于一体化。成功标准的制定包括头脑风暴、归总分类、制作张贴、修改完善四个环节。学生可以对照成功标准,运用程度描述式、肯定与否式、提问反思式、分析改进式和对比自评法等方式进行自评,并掌握改进方法。教学中成功标准的合理应用在培养学生成为独立学习者和自评者的同时,有效地提高了学生的学业成就。但在其具体实施中,教师要熟知课程标准相关要求,并在有需要时提前进行模拟演示或范例指导,教师的引导能力得到进一步重视。
