无锡文化创意产业人才发展战略及对策研究

The Research of Development Strategy of Human Resource for Creative Industry in Wuxi

产业发展经验表明,产业人才对于产业可持续性发展至关重要。作为新兴产业之一,文化创意产业人才是该产业的核心和关键要素。无锡文化创意产业过去几年发展迅速,文化创意人才培养也呈现良好态势,但是仍未能很好满足产业发展的要求。通过对无锡文化创意产业人才现状及问题的分析,为无锡文化创意人才发展战略提出相关建议对策。

The experience of industry development showed that human resource is crucial for the sustainable development of industry.As a newly emerging industry,human resource of creative industries is the core and key elements of the industry.Creative industries of Wuxi city developed rapidly in the past years,and creative talent cultivation was in a good trend,but it still did not meet the requirements of industrial development.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of creative industry of Wuxi city,and offered some suggestion of development strategy of human resource for development of creative industry of Wuxi city.
