摘要
高科技企业成长阶段划分及其演变机理研究,对于高科技企业成长战略的选择具有重要的参考价值。参考已有的文献资料,结合企业生命周期理论,将高科技企业成长划分为初创期、形成期、发展期、成熟期、衰退或蜕变期等五个阶段,提出高科技企业成长阶段演变的概念模型,系统分析高科技企业成长过程中技术创新能力、经济运行能力、组织管理能力和价值创造能力等四大能力的互动关系。在此基础上,深入剖析高科技企业成长阶段的特征表现。
The rational division and the systematic study on the evolution mechanism of the growth stages of high-tech enterprise have important reference value to analyze the growth strategy of high-tech enterprise.According to the literature,the evolution conceptual model of the growth stages of high-tech enterprise is given,and the interaction of four kinds of abilities is analyzed systematically,such as technological innovation capability,and economic operation capability,and organization management ability,and value creation ability.Then,the main characteristics of the growth stages of high-tech enterprise are analyzed systematically.
