摘要
某矿12240上巷掘进工作面顶底板及帮部松软破碎,且穿过多条断层构造,掘巷期间围岩变形较严重。为控制围岩变形及改善围岩承载能力,对巷道围岩进行混凝土喷层、围岩注浆结合注浆锚索联合支护的壁后注浆加固技术。工程实践表明,壁后注浆加固技术有效控制围岩变形,并取得良好经济技术效果。
The roof floor and the side of the roadway of 12240th caving work face is soft and broken in a certain coal mine, which also getting through many fault structure and with serious deformation surrounding rock during caving.In order to control the deformation of surrounding rock and improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock,using the reinforcement technology of shotcrete lining and surrounding rock grout-ing and the arch cable combination support.Practice shows that grouting behind wall reinforcement technology can effective control the defor-mation and achieve good economic benefit.
