摘要
针对煤矿井下电气控制箱应用于老挝钾盐矿开采中腐蚀严重、易出现漏电或短路故障引发火灾事故等问题,结合老挝钾盐矿石资源特征,分析了钾盐矿复合盐膜环境对井下电气设备的腐蚀机理及其在潮湿高温环境中熔融态氯化物的强导电性能。提出了变更箱体母材或在箱体表面进行涂层等措施改进提高电控箱的防腐蚀性能,增加漏电流检测功能加强防漏电性能,有效降低了煤矿井下电控箱用于钾盐矿开采中的故障率,提高了其安全性和环境适应性,降低了开采成本,为煤矿井下电气控制箱在钾盐矿开采中的后续应用提供了借鉴。
According to the problem about coal mine electrical control box of serious corrosion, leakage easily lead to fire accidents in Laos potash mining and processing, combining with characteristics of Laos potash ore, the corrosion mechanism of potash salt composite membrane environment of underground electrical equipment and strong conductive properties of molten with moisture and high temperatures and chloride environment were resulted after the analysis. The improvement measures of electrical control box were proposed that changes to the cabinet or cabinet base metal surface coating to improve its corrosion resistance, increase of leakage current detection strengthen leak proof performance. It show that the failure rate was reduced effectively that the coal mine electrical control box applies to potash mining,environmental adaptabili-ty was improved, the cost of mining was reduced. Coal mine electrical control box was useful for subsequent use in potash mining for reference.
