摘要
本研究通过文献调研和深度访谈,发现高校图书馆员心理资本受多种因素的影响,其中,组织信任、工作自主性和变革型领导是其主要的影响因素,它们对高校图书馆员心理资本有重要的影响作用。本研究据此提出相应的研究假设和概念模型,然后,通过实地调查,运用多元线性回归分析对提出的假设进行验证,验证结果表明组织信任、工作自主性和变革型领导均对高校图书馆员心理资本具有显著的正面影响,而且,在这三个变量中,组织信任对高校图书馆员心理资本有更为重要的影响作用。
Through literature research and in - depth interviews, the study finds that there are many factors influencing university librarians, psychological capital, among which organizational trust, job autonomy and transfor-mational leadership are the main influencing factors and have important effects on the university librarians,psycholog-ical capital. According to this, the study puts forward corresponding assumptions and conceptual model. Then, those assumptions were verified by using multivariate linear regression analysis based on field investigation. Finally, valida-tion results show that organizational trust, job autonomy and transformational leadership all have significant positive influence on the university librarians, psychological capital, but organizational trust has the most important influence in these three variables.
