摘要
我国文化企业存在内部管理机制不健全,激励约束机制不科学,市场竞争机制重视不足等问题,针对这些问题,文化企业应根据自身特点,在企业顶层设计上完善内部管理机制,建立科学、高效的激励约束机制,充分利用市场竞争机制,做强主业,做大产业。
There exist some problems in the operational mechanism of Chinese cultural enterprises. To begin with, the internal management system is not sound. In addition, the incentive and restraint mechanism is not scientif-. Last but not least, the importance of market competition mechanism is not valued. To solve these problems, the nterprises should take their own situation into account to perfect the internal management system in the top - level esign, make the incentive and restraint mechanism more scientific and efficient, and take advantage of the market ompetitive mechanism to focus on their core business to become bigger and stronger.
