数字时代,国内高校图书馆着重建设电子资源,但是随之电子资源也出现了"零利用"的资源浪费现象。同时,经费削减,电子资源价格上涨,电子资源的建设也出现诸多问题,于是美国大学图书馆开始引入PPV模式。文章介绍了PPV模式的基本情况,分析了PPV模式在馆藏建设方面的局限性,探讨了PPV模式下图书馆角色的转变与定位问题。

In the digital age, electronic resources construction in the university library became the focus, but “zero use” phenomenon also appears in electronic resources. Meanwhile, budget cut and electronic resources price rose. Electronic resources construction also had many problems, then American university libraries introduced PPV pattern. The paper introduces the basic situation of PPV pattern, analyzes the limitations in terms of collection build-ing and discusses library transformation and role positioning.
