以安徽省芜湖市镜湖区图书馆为例,首先分析了社区图书馆采用社会化管理的原因,指出了镜湖区图书馆社会化管理取得的成效,最后提出完善我国基层图书馆社会化管理的相关建议。

The paper analyzes the reasons for applying the social management into community library, taking Jinghu Library in Wuhu of Anhui Province. Then the paper points out the effectiveness of the social management in Jinghu Library. Finally,the paper makes some suggestions to perfect the social management of Chinese primary - level libraries.
