摘要
某低品位氧化铅锌矿含铅3.42%、含锌2.93%,矿石中有用矿物嵌布粒度细且回收难度较大。为了合理开发利用此矿石,进行了硫化-黄药浮铅闭路工艺流程试验。在六偏磷酸钠用量500 g/t、碳酸钠用量1 000 g/t、硫酸锌用量1 000 g/t、硫化钠用量2 000 g/t、2~#油用量100 g/t、戊基黄药用量500 g/t的粗选条件下进行闭路试验,最终获得氧化铅精矿铅品位为33.12%、回收率为68.89%,实现了铅的有效回收。
Dressing technique lor a low-grade lead-zinc oxide ore containing 3.42% Pb and 2.93% Zn was studied. As valuable minerals are finely disseminated in the ore and are difficult to be separated out, a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting ol a sulphidization and a lead flotation with amyl xanthate as the collector was introduced. Under the following reagent system lor roughing process, including hexametaphosphate ol 500 g/t ,sodium carbonate ol 1 000 g/t ,zinc sullate ol 1 000 g/t,sodium sulfide ol 2 000 g/t,2# oil ol 100 g/t and amyl xanthate ol 500 g/t ,a lead oxide concentrate with Pb grade and recovery ol 33.12% and 68.89% respectively can be obtained, indicating that lead minerals therein recovered effectively.
