摘要
为提高吉林某铜锌硫化矿选矿指标,进行了选矿试验研究。采用"铜锌优先浮选-铜粗精矿再磨-铜中矿部分集中返回"的工艺流程,配合使用高效铜捕收剂YK-0和强力锌组合抑制剂ZnSO_4+YK-5,获得了Cu品位28.65%、回收率93.49%的铜精矿和Zn品位48.82%、回收率84.60%的锌精矿。根据试验结果对现场流程进行改造,与改造前相比,铜精矿Cu品位提高6.59个百分点,含Zn降低5.64个百分点;锌精矿Zn回收率提高15.19个百分点,经济效益显著。
Tests were conducted to enhance the beneliciation indexes ol Cu-Zn sulfide ore from Jilin Province. Using YK-0 as the collector lor copper minerals and ZnSO4+YK-5 as depressants for zinc minerals, a copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery ol 28.65% and 93.49% , and a zinc concentrate grading 48.82% with recovery ol 84.60% were produced with a flowsheet consisting of a Cu-Zn preferential flotation, a regrinding ol copper rough concentrate, and a conllux and returning of partial copper cleaning middlings. On-site renovation according to the test results has led to the final copper concentrate up by 6.59 percentage points in Cu grade and 5.64 percentage points falling in zinc content, also resulted in the Zn recovery of zinc concentrate improved by 15.19 percentage points, bringing in remarkable economic benefit.
