Verification and Revision of the Template for Learner Analysis

采用基于设计的研究范式，以小学英语为例，在编制出学习者分析模板的基础上，开展了模板的三轮学科化实践，通过多种方式收集反馈信息，对模板进行了验证与修订，最终改进形成小学英语学科的学期、单元、课前以及课后层级的学习者分析模板，从行为层面引导教师明确应该在什么时候分析什么、怎么分析以及针对分析结果开展相应的干预，进而将干预策略融合到总的教学设计中去，为教学设计的其他环节提供参考依据，同时也为其他学科编制学习者分析模板提供了参考范式。

This research mainly applies design-based research to try to verify and revise the template for Learners Analysis on the Primary School English in three phases on the basis of the compilation of the template.Ultimately,the research carried out a template containing semester,unit,before-class and after-class for Learners Analysis in primary school English,helping teachers to conduct Learners Analysis, including defining when and what features should be analyzed and how to carry out the analysis,and to carry out the appropriate intervention according to the results,which would be integrated into the general instructional design.And it also provides a reference model for other subjects to complete a learner analysis template.
