This paper introduces the process of UASMaster orthophoto map generation,analyzes the principle of the key steps in the process,and discusses the possible problems in the actual production process, finally, the precision of the results is analyzed,combining with the specific project. The results show that：UASMaster can meet the accuracy requirements of large scale orthophoto map generation.
