多源空间信息技术在全国水文应急演练中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 快速有效地处置突发自然灾害依赖于相关职能机构的应急监测技术能力,多空间多时相的高精技术运用则为应急监测提供了强有力支撑。本文简要介绍了多源空间技术基本原理和作业方法,以长江委水文上游局在2015年全国水文应急演练为例,对木洞河流域高危水文应急现场进行了应急监测及数据处理。演练方案评价表明,基于多源空间技术进行水文应急监测,对监测精度和抢险救灾处置效率有较大提高。 Dealing with natural disaster fast and effectively depends on the emergency monitoring techniques ol relevant public institutions,and multi-space and multi-temporal techniques provide powerful support lor emergency monitoring.Based on the National Hydrology Emergency Drill ol the upper Changjiang river bureau ol hydrological and water resources survey during 2015,the basic principles and operation methods ol multi-source space technology are introduced brielly,taking MuDong River basins hydrological emergency scene with high-risk as an example,emergency monitoring, data processing and comparative study with traditional methods are carried out.The results showed that the precision ol monitoring and the elliciency lor disaster reliel could be signilicantly increased with multi-source space technology used lor hydrographic emergency monitoring.
