“三标一体”管理体系在测绘单位持续有效运行探讨

标准化管理体系逐步引入各行各业,测绘行业亦不例外,甚至部分测绘单位已按照质量、环境和职业健康安全管理体系标准建立了"三标一体"管理体系并取得了良好的管理绩效。如何保持"三标一体"管理体系的持续有效运行,本文结合武汉市测绘研究院构建的"三标一体"管理体系在测绘生产和管理中的实践,对建立体系有关要求与运行措施进行探讨,提出合理性的建议和意见。
