摘要
科技报告制度中的知识产权会涉及著作权、专利权、商业秘密权、计算机软件著作权、植物新品种权、集成电路布图设计权等知识产权类型。我国已正式开通"国家科技报告服务系统",在国家层面上建立起国家科技报告制度。我国利用财政性资金设立的科学技术基金项目或者科学技术计划项目所形成知识产权归属于项目承担单位,但是,国家、项目直接负责人也应享有一定的权利。
The IPR in the national technical report system involves the copyright, patent, business secret,copyright of software, the new plant variety right and IC layout and design right. China's national technical report service system has been on line, which indicates the national technical report system has been officially established. The IPR deriving from the science and technique fund project sponsored by the national finance fund belongs to the project undertaking unit. However, the nation and the responsible person of the project should also have certain rights.
