本研究对目前吉林省的科技创新政策体系做出了综合的梳理和评价,并针对该政策体系现存的不足之处给出了一定的对策建议。本研究的结论对于建立和完善吉林省创新政策体系、提升吉林省创新软环境具有较大现实意义。

This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the current policy system of science and technology innovation in Jilin Province, and gives some suggestions for the existing deficiencies of the policy system. The conclusion of this study is of great practical significance for the establishment and improvement of the innovation policy system in Jilin province, and the improvement of the innovation soft environment inJilin province.
