城市化过程中失地农民再就业问题研究

Study on the Re-employment of Land Lost Farmers in the Process of Urbanization

通过问卷调查法、实地访问法进行对河南省信阳市平桥和羊山两个区中的失地农民居住区进行实地调查,研究发现研究区城市化发展过程中失地农民再就业存在的问题与困难主要有:目前关于失地农民的制度存在着缺陷;农民缺乏各种就业培训;农民自身的素质比较差等。并针对存在的困难,提出相应的解决对策,如:农民自身应不断学习,提高自身素质和能力;强化关于失地农民的就业技能培训;政府应当完善相关的制度体系;鼓励失地农民积极自主创业等对策。

Byquestionnaire survey and field survey of land lost farmers' living area in two districts(Pingqiao and Yangshan) in Xinyang City of Henan Province, the study found that in the urbanization development process of the study area,the problems and difficulties of land lost farmers re-employment weremainly: land lost farmers system defects,employment training lack of farmers, and poor quality of the farmers themselves. Aiming at the difficulties, thecorresponding countermeasures were put forward, such as: the farmers themselves should keep learning constantly, improve their own quality and ability; strengthenland lost farmers' employment skills training; the government should improve the relevant system; andencourage land lostfarmers conduct active and independent entrepreneurship and other strategies.
