摘要
互联网金融下的众筹融资近年来发展快速。随着互联网众筹融资的井喷式增长,众筹的法律风险也逐步显现。本文对现行法律框架下的互联网众筹融资所面对的风险进行分析并提出相应的建议,以引导互联网众筹融资行业能够健康有序的可持续发展。
In recent years, Internet crowdfunding financing develops rapidly. With the booming growth of crowdfunding financing, more and more legal risk appeared. This paper analyzes the legal risks of Internetcrowdfunding financing under current legal framework, and proposes corresponding measures, to guide the healthy and orderly sustainabledevelopment of the Internet crowdfunding financing industry.
