Research on E-mail Management in Organizations

电子邮件已成为机构信息交流的方式和信息资源的重要组成部分。本文首先阐述机构电子邮件的含义特点及其管理的必要性,然后从文件生命周期角度,提出机构电子邮件管理的对策和建议。

E-mail is acting as both an information communication way and an important part of the information resources in organizations. This paper first expoundedorganization e-mail's implication, characteristics and the necessity of official email management. Then from the perspective of records lifecycle, this paper proposed some countermeasures and suggestions for organization e-mail management.
