Fallacy about the Transformation Development of Local Colleges

由于认识上的误区,导致地方本科院校转型发展的缓慢和迟滞;由于对转型发展缺乏以社会发展为基本出发点和落脚点的宏观的系统的理论研究与社会考察,地方本科院校转型发展在实际工作中已经出现不少偏离甚至违背正确方向的举措而亟待纠偏正误;促进地方本科院校转型又好又快发展,需要政府及教育行政管理部门的管理转型。

Wrong understandings led to slow and sluggish development of local colleges in transition. Also, for there is a lack of the macro system of theoretical research and social investigation with development of the society as the basic starting point and the goal, in practical work there have already been man y measures deviating from or even violating the right direction, all of which require urgent correction. Therefore, it ’ s understandable that sound and rapid transformation and development of local colleges need government and administration transformation.
