摘要
使用Keysight公司的射频阻抗分析仪E4991B,通过85070E高温同轴探头,在22℃下10 MHz^3 GHz频率范围内,对甘油的介电谱进行了测量,并对测得的随频率变化的复介电常数进行了分析.结果表明:所使用的射频阻抗测量系统调试效果良好,实验数据有效,而且具有很好的重复性.
The complex dielectric constants of glycerol are measured by Keysight company's radio frequencyimpedance analyzer E4991 B with 85070 E high temperature coaxial probe at the temperature of 22 ℃ and the fre-quency range is from 10 MHz to 3 GHz.Then the frequency dependent complex dielectric constants are analyzed.The results show that the radio frequency impedance measurement system been employed is debugged well and theexperiment data which have good repeatability are valid.
