摘要
建设有效支撑"互联网+"产业发展的移动通信网络是运营商面临的重要课题。分析移动网络建设面临的建设精准性差、关注用户和业务感知少、难以精确掌握网络的整体运行情况等突出问题,提出网络建设应"以用户体验为中心"。重点分析移动网络中能够提取的数据,提出"过程"数据在网络智能化建设中的重要性。研究提出如何获取、记录,以及如何存储和处理过程大数据的方法。并对上述数据在网络可视化、网络规划优化以及智能业务营销等方面的应用进行剖析。
A well-constructed mobile network is the foundation to effectively support the Internet services in this Mobile Internet era. Based on the analysis of the major problems faced in the construction of a mobile network, including the poor accuracy in the location selecting of base stations and relative network elements, less attention to the customer perception, and difficult mastering of the overall network status, the paper proposes that the customer experience should be the first factor to be considered. The paper also studies the data that can be extracted from the mobile network and proposes that the procedure data will play a key role in adding intelligence to the network construction. Moreover, the capturing, curating, recording, storing and processing methods on the procedure data are studied. Based on the big data, the applications of network visualization, planning, optimization and smart business marketing are elaborated.
