正交试验设计在金银花扦插生根条件优化中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用正交试验设计的方法,针对与金银花扦插生根相关的主要因素进行了综合比较。研究结果显示:影响金银花扦插生根的主要因素是插穗木质化程度、IAA浓度、NAA浓度与基质土壤组成,各因素的最佳组合为:半木质化插穗、100 mg/l的IAA、200 mg/l的NAA、基质土壤(泥碳土:沙:羊粪比为6:3:1),在此实验条件下,金银花插穗成活率达92%。半木质化插穗生根数最多;未木质化插穗,愈伤组织形成快,但生根数最少。基质组成对金银花插穗生根数有重要的影响,基质土壤越疏松,越有利于扦插生根。在适宜的外界环境中,插穗内部营养物质与外部的生长调节剂协同作用于金银花的插穗生根过程,施加合适的外部诱导条件能有效地提高金银花插穗成活率。 The optimal conditions for cuttings rooting conditions optimization of Lonicera japonica Thunb. were investigated by orthogonal array design. The results showed that the main factors influencing the Lonicera japonica Thunb. cuttings rooting cuttings are lignification degree, concentration of NAA and IAA. The best combination for various factors: semi-hardwood cutting, the concentration of IAA is 100 mg/l, the concentration of IAA is 200 mg/l and the ratio of peat soil, sand and dung is 6:3:1, under the experimental conditions, the survival rate of cuttings was 92%. The callus format is the fastest in not wood cuttings, but the root number is at least. The medium component has the most important influence to Lonicera japonica Thunb. cuttings rooting, the culture substrates is more loose, and the more cuttings rooting. Under the suitable rooting environment, inner nutrient and outside hormone influence the whole process of Lonicera japonica Thunb. Rooting. Applying the appropriate external induction conditions can effectively enhance the survival rate of Lonicera japonica Thunb. cuttings.
