Study on the Function and Value of Tujia People's Folk Songs in East Guizhou Province

黔东土家族民歌从内容上划分,包括生活歌、情歌和带有本民族仪式色彩的祭祀歌等。目前,黔东土家族民歌大多停留在搜集和整理阶段。为了让更多的人了解、认识土家族民歌,让土家族民歌在现代化的发展进程下不至于消亡,从民歌的功能和价值两个方面对黔东土家族民歌进行分析介绍,为全面了解土家族民歌的功能和开发价值提供理论依据。

Tujia people’s folk songs in Qiandong （East Guizhou Province） includes life songs, love songs andsacred songs with Tujia’s sacrificing characteristics. Currently, Tujia folk song is just in a stage of collection andarrangement. This paper will have an introduction to the function and value of Tujia folk song for the purpose ofmaking this kind of song popular among people and avoiding its extinction in the process of modernization as wellas providing a theoretical foundation for comprehensive understanding of its function and its exploitive value.
