Legalization Practice and Exploration on the Construction of Working Style in Tongren

近年来,铜仁市以法治思维和法治方法抓作风建设,通过细化制度、以解决问题为导向完善制度、强力推动制度刚性运行等,扎紧作风建设制度的"笼子";注重发挥制度的导向、激励功能,激发作风建设的内生动力,有力推进了作风建设规范化、常态化、长效化,破解作风建设"周期律"难题,成功走出一条作风建设法治化的铜仁道路,形成了作风建设法治化的铜仁模式,对深入推进作风建设法治化具有重要意义。

In recent years, the Municipal government of Tongren has paid special attention to the construction of working style by adopting the thoughts in governing by law, specifying regulations and systems as well as promoting system rigidity. The standardization, normalization and long-acting effect of the construction of working style has been greatly promoted because the government put emphasis on system＇s guiding and incentive function. Successfully solving the periodic problems of working style construction, the local government has worked out a mode of Tongren＇s legalization which can be served as an enlightenment to further promote legalized construction of working style.
