应用型地方高校大学生创新思维培养的思考

Thoughts on the Training of Innovational Qualified Personnel in Application-oriented Local Higher Institutions

地方高校已成为高等教育发展的主力军,走应用型、凸显地方性已成为这类高校的发展方向。为了达到这一目标,在人才培养过程中大学生的创新思维培养是至关重要的。因此,在这类高校大学生创新思维培养现状的基础上,根据创新思维的培养机制,提出应用型地方高校大学生创新思维培养的几点建议。

Local higher institutions have become the main force of the development of higher education. Sticking to application-oriented strategy as well as highlighting the local features have become the development direction of these universities. Therefore, the training of college students＇ innovative idea during the process of personnel cultivation is of crucial importance to achieve the above goals. Based on the current situation of college students＇ innovation cultivation and the mechanism of innovative thinking, the paper offered some suggestions for college students＇ innovation cultivation in application-oriented local higher institutions.
