摘要
为认真贯彻落实中央关于弘扬中华优秀传统文化,践行社会主义核心价值观的系列指示精神和贵州省委十一届四次全会精神,贵州省农村信用合作社联合社、贵阳市儒学研究会、贵阳市孔学堂管理处三家单位联合发起,成立贵州省孔学堂发展基金会（以下简称基金会）。基金会由贵州省精神文明办公室主管,是具有独立法人资格的公募型基金会,2013年12月23日在贵州省民政厅正式登记注册。
Guizhou Foundation for Confucianism Promotion （GFCP） is a public-raising foundation withindependent legal personality, supervised by the Guizhou Office of Spiritual Civilization DevelopmentCommittee. GFCP was officially registered with Guizhou Provincial Civil Affairs Department onDecember 23, 2013, as a joint initiative of Guizhou Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives, GuiyangAssociation of Confucian Studies, and Guiyang Confucius Academy Administration.The foundation aims to raise funds for the smooth launch and management of Guiyang ConfuciusAcademy and its affiliate the International Institute for Chinese Culture. It also financially supports thepublication of high-quality scholarship and research, public education, and other activities in relation totraditional Chinese culture. GFCP has so far funded several research projects at the academy,higher-education institutions which station at the International Institute for Chinese Culture, and thelaunch of the journal Confucian Academy and Confucian Academy Press.
