摘要
以航天搭载后的龙果黄瓜为基础材料,选育出了优良变异白黄瓜品系05-33-6-1-2-49,在2013—2014年的多点区域试验中,05-33-6-1-2-49的2 a前期平均折合产量为20.4 t/hm^2,较对照品种龙果黄瓜增产12.90%;平均折合总产量为30.6 t/hm^2,较对照品种龙果黄瓜增产15.3%,增产效果显著。通过SRAP分析,证明用搭载后的材料选育出的新品系与搭载前产生了DNA水平上的变异。
Based on the results of the cucumber cultivar Longguo by space mutation as the basic material,the fine variation of the white cucumber strain 05-33-6-1-2-49 is selected. In 2013 — 2014,the result shows that the early average yield of05-33-6-1-2-49 is 20.4 t/hm^2,and the yield of cucumber increased by 12.90% compared with that of the control cultivar Longguo in the multi- point regional test results. However,the average total yield of 05-33-6-1-2-49 is 30.6 t/hm^2,and the yield of cucumber increased by 15.3% compared with that of the control cultivar. Through the SRAP analysis,it is proved that the new white cucumber strain 05-33-6-1-2-49 produced a variation on the DNA level.
