基于蛛网模型理论的蔬菜价格研究

The Research of the Price of Vegetables Based on Cobweb Theorem Model

蔬菜是人们饮食中必不可少的食品,它的价格波动直接影响到广大民众的切身利益,本文利用Eviews统计软件来分析国家统计局网站公布的蔬菜产量与价格等数据,找出蔬菜价格波动变化规律并利用蛛网模型辅证。随后借助Matlab,利用Lagrange插值多项式预测50个城市主要消费品中蔬菜类的逢过年期间价格,补全残缺的数据,为进一步决策提供依据。
