专车服务作为一种新生事物,其优质的个性化服务得到了乘客的认可,乘坐专车成为人们出行常见的选择。但由于专车无法像出租车一样获得相关的营运资质,一度被认为是非法营运的黑车。本文以共享经济为理论基础,分析专车服务存在的合理性、忧患性,从而提出只有完善专车服务类的法律法规、加强行业运营规范建设、提高市场竞争机制的有序性,才能使专车服务在社会主义市场经济中长久发展。
