摘要 校园文化是学校师生员工基于特定价值观念而进行的物质与精神创造的过程及其结果,是一种从属于社会主导文化且具有自身独特形态的亚文化。它以校园物质文化为载体、以校园精神文化为内核、以校园行为文化为标记、以校园制度文化为中介,构成表里如一、相互渗透的有机整体,体现着学校发展的整体层次和综合水平。当代校园文化建设需要深入汲取教育专业智慧,有效超越模仿企业文化的复制之路,主动构建把握教育专业方向、体现教育活动真谛的理论基础、实践路径和应用思路,以期实现文化的多元价值关照,展现学校师生员工的生命活力,切实提升学校的办学境界,忠诚履行学校的教育使命。 Campus culture is the creative process and result of materials and spirits of school staff and stu-dents based on certain specific values, which is subordinated to the social dominant culture and has its own u-nique characteristics. It takes the campus material culture as its carrier, the campus spirit culture as its kernel, the campus behavior culture as its symbol and the campus system culture as its medium, which constitute an or-ganic whole and reflect the overall level of school development and comprehensive strength. It?s of vital impor-tance to further absorb educational wisdom and surpass the way of copying enterprise culture in the construction of contemporary campus culture to come up with corresponding theoretical bases, practical methods and applica-tion ideas that are in accordance with educational principles in order to realize the multi-value care of culture, show the vitality of school staff and students, enhance the quality of school education and perform the educational mission of the school.
