摘要
分析了谐振液位测量的工作原理及技术优势,通过机电机构优化以及传感器线性度的改进,有效地解决了传统液位测量精度低、不能实现无级测量等方面的问题;通过专业测试装置,对液位及输出频率进行测试统计,结果表明二者之间相关系数为0.985,达到了谐振液位测试系统的需求,具有重要的应用推广价值。
The working principle and technological advantage of the resonant mode liquid level measurement is analyzed.The electromechanical mechanism was optimized,and the sensor linearity was improved,which can effectively solve the problems of low accuracy and electrodeless measurement existing in the traditional liquid level measurement. The professional testing device is used for testing statistics of the liquid level and output frequency. The results show that if the correlation coefficient between liquid level and output frequency is 0.985,the sensor can meet the requirement of resonant mode liquid level testing system,and has important application and promotion value.
