摘要 邓子恢是闽西革命根据地的主要创建者和中央苏区党政军主要领导人之一。他在中央苏区时期的粮食工作思想与实践活动主要有:实行土地革命,发展农业生产;组织粮食调剂局,平定粮食价格;建立粮食合作社,巩固发展苏区经济;创立与完善粮食财经与税收制度等。邓子恢在中央苏区时期的粮食工作思想与实践活动,为苏区反"围剿"斗争的胜利和红色政权的巩固发展等作出了杰出贡献,给我们留下了许多宝贵的经验教训,对当今社会主义新农村建设、粮食安全和城乡发展一体化等仍然有启示教育意义,具有永恒的时代价值。 Deng Zihui used to be one of the major founders of revolutionary base in west Fujian and one of the major leaders in the Central Soviet Area. His ideas and practices on the food 'work in Central Soviet Area include land revolution should be implemented so as to develop agricultural production,food dispensing should be done so as to lowTer food price,grain cooperatives should be established so as to consolidate and develop Soviet economy, food finance and taxation system should be set up and perfected. Deng’s ideas and practices on the food wTork in Central Soviet Area did much contributions to the victory in the fighting against “ the encirclement and suppression” in the Central Soviet Area and the consolidation and development of the Red po'wer,left us much valuable experiences, which is also significant and valuable in the construction of new socialist countryside, food safety and integration of urban and rural development.
