Innovation of Social Governance System in Perspective of Mass Line

群众路线是中国共产党的根本工作路线。坚持党的群众路线创新社会治理体制具有重要性必要性。坚持群众意识,是创新社会治理体制的思想前提;坚持从群众中来,到群众中去,是创新社会治理的科学方法;创新工作机制,健全党群联系路径设计,是创新社会治理体制的关键环节。

The mass line is the basic line of the Chinese Communist Party. This paper tries to analyze the scientific connotation of the mass line, and the importance of adhering to the Party’s mass line while innovating the social management system. The author puts for^vard that adhering to the mass consciousness is the ideological premise of innovation and social governance system. Insisting in the principle of from the masses and to the masses is the scientific method innovation of social governance. The innovation of working mechanism and improving the path of the Party in contacting the masses are the key links of innovating social governance system.
