摘要
本文开展了人工保存白蛾周氏啮小蜂蜂种试验。结果表明,以美国白蛾蛹作为中间寄主,采用自制铁笼模拟林间越冬效果较好,在出蜂数量、雌雄性比相当的情况下,出蜂率可达到65.1%,显著高于采用指形管保存于百叶箱17.3%的出蜂率;而以柞蚕蛹作为中间寄主保存该天敌,采用广口瓶存放百叶箱的方式,其保存率、出蜂率可达37.8%和32.2%,明显高于自制铁笼保存于百叶箱15.7%的保存率和11.3%的出蜂率,且单头孕蜂蛹出蜂数量近4 000头,值得推广。
In this paper tests were carried out on artificial preservation of the bee species Chouioia cunea. the results showed that good preservation effects could be achieved with pupae of Hyphantria cunea as the intermediate host in the homemade iron cage for simulating wintering in woodland. With the same numbers of emerged adult bees and the same ratio of male and female, the eclosion adult bee survival rate could reach 65.1%, significantly higher than that of 17.3% in the finger tube preserved in the louver screen; With pupae of Antheraea pernyi as the intermediate host, the preservation rate and eclosion adult bee survival rate could reach 37.8% and 32.2% respectively in the wide -mouth bottle preserved in the louver screen, significantly higher than those, in the homemade iron cage, of 15.7% and 11.3% respectively, preserved in the louver screen, while the number of the eclosion adult bees was nearly 4 000 from a single intermediate host pupa contained with bees, worthy of promotion.
