基于虚拟仪器的LED结温测试系统设计

摘要 本文在分析LED结温测试方法的基础上,以计算机、恒温台、脉冲电流源、myDAQ数据采集装置为硬件,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台设计了LED结温测试系统。该系统通过数据采集模块实现对LED的工作电压、工作电流的测量,利用数据拟合建立结温与电压之间的关系,从而计算出LED工作时的结温,并将结果保存和打印出来。该系统具有界面友好、简单实用、高精度等优点。 B ased o n forward voltage method, with computer,thermostats, pulse current source and myDAQ as the hardware,LabVIEW2014 software as the software developing platform,the LED junction temperature test system has been designed.The LED forwardvoltage and current has been got by data acquisition module. The relationship between junction Temperature and voltage has been built on theCurve fitting . The LED junction Temperature has been computed and saved.The system has advantages of friendly interface,convenient,highaccuracy.
