摘要
开关柜在运行时的高温升限制了使用时的实际电流,可以通过对开关柜内导体及外接线端子表面喷涂高发射率涂层增强散热,降低开关柜的温升。分析了高发射率涂层的作用以及应用场合,通过算例计算了铜板上喷涂纳米碳球涂层时对流和辐射散出的总热量。比较结果表明,有涂层的铜板其对流和辐射散热总量是没有涂层时的1.5倍以上,说明高发射率涂层能够显著提高其辐射散热能力。
Due to the high temperature-rise, the compartments often operate at a reduced current. The heat dissipation is improved by spraying the high emissivity coating in inner conductor and external connector surface, therefore, reducing the temperature-rise of switchgear cabinet. This paper deals with the effect and application of high emissivity coating. It calculated the convection and radiation heat of copper plate sprayed with nano carbon coating,and compared with bare copper by example. The result shows that the total heat for convection and radiation of copper plate sprayed with nano carbon coating is more than 1.5 times of bare copper. It demonstrates that high emissivity coating can improve the radiation heat significantly.
