摘要
概述了国内外继电器贮存可靠性研究现状,介绍了继电器长期贮存状态下的环境影响因素。在分析继电器主要贮存失效机理的基础上,介绍了目前几种主要的贮存可靠性试验方法、模型及其适用范围。最后,对该领域的研究方向进行了展望。
This article summarized the research status about the reliability of relay storage at home and aboard,and introduced the environmental factors about the long-term storage of the relay. Based on the analysis of the main storage relay failure mechanism, the article introduced the current several main storage reliability test methods, models and their scope. Finally, farther researches direction was prospected.
