摘要
学校是一类通过教师人力资本和社会资本推动学生学习成绩改善的重要组织,个人所具有的专业知识和技能以及个人之间信任水平、关系结构和内容在改善学生学习成绩中起着重要作用。通过设计代表教师人力资本、社会资本和学生学习成绩的指标,基于黑龙江省部分高校问卷调查数据,实证检验教师人力资本和社会资本共同开发及其对学生学习成绩的影响。个体层面实证研究表明,教师人力资本将对学生学习成绩的提高产生显著影响。就社会资本而言,教师之间横向联系强度以及教师和直接上级之间纵向联系强度都会影响学生学习成绩,而且呈现较强正相关性。此外,团队层面实证研究表明,人力资本和社会资本也与学生学习成绩之间存在一定正向联系。
Schools are the important organizations that can promote the improvement of students' academic achievement through teachers' human capital and social capital. Teachers' knowledge and skills, as well as the level of trust, the structure and content of the relationship between individuals play an important role in the improvement of students' academic performance. This paper, based on the index of teachers' human capital, social capital and students' academic performance, analyzed the joint development of human capital and social capital and their effects on students' academic performance based on the questionnaires conducted in some universities and colleges in Heilongjiang Province. Empirical study on the individual level shows that teachers' human capital will have a significant effect on the improvement of students' academic performance. As far as social capital is concerned, both the horizontal connection between teachers and the vertical connection between teachers and their direct superiors will influence students' academic performance, and will show a strong positive correlation. In addition, empirical study on the team level shows that human capital and social capital also have a positive relationship with students' academic achievement.
